The T-Mobile myTouch features a 3.8 inch display, 5MP camera is powered by a 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM.

The myTouch is the US variant of the LG Optimus Sol and is sold in the U.S. through T-Mobile at $80 with a 2 year contract.

You can get the HTC Radar 4G for $99.99, LG DoublePlay at $99.99, Samsung Exhibit II 4G at $29.99, T-Mobile myTouch for $79.99, T-Mobile myTouch Q for $79.99 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 for $399.99. Remember that getting these prices would require signing a 2-year contract.

They are not too expensive and would make a great mid range device which you can enjoy without hurting your wallet.
