Google is celebrating its second birthday by offering discounts and other other limited time deals on select apps, magazines and more. There are no free premium apps, instead there some in-app purchase promos and discounts on movies, music and select apps.

The actual deals will more than likely vary from region to region, but it appears that most of the app promos are offers for free or reduce priced in-app purchases for games like FIFA 14, The Sims FreePlay, Heroes of Dragon Age and several others.
