Angry Birds Rio for Windows Phone updated (1.7) with 15 new levels

Angry Birds Rio for Windows Phone has been updated to version 1.7 as part of a summer update, bringing 15 new beach levels along with a handful of fun new surprises. In Angry Birds Rio, the original flock is kidnapped and taken to Rio de Janeiro, where they escape their captors and set out to rescue Blu and Jewel, two rare macaws and stars of the hit animated film.

What's New in Version 1.7

Fifteen new beach levels set at sunset make up the core of this update. Bonus levels can be unlocked by collecting all the golden cherries, and the new stages include fun environmental details like floating pig balloons and inflatable fish pool toys. The Windows Phone 8 version retains full Xbox Live support, meaning achievements and scores are shared directly with your Xbox Live friends.
