The beta version of Facebook for Windows Phone received a simultaneous update across both platforms, moving to version 5.1.0.6 for Windows Phone 8 and version 3.1.0.6 for Windows Phone 7.x devices. Both updates brought performance improvements, bug fixes, and language localisation refinements.
If you wanted to contribute feedback toward improving the app, you could do so by going to Settings and then About inside the Facebook app.
