Facebook updated its iPhone app to version 4.1, finally bringing Timeline support to iOS users. The feature had already rolled out to the web, mobile web, and Android earlier that week, with iOS users having to wait a little longer due to Apple's app review process.
What's New in Version 4.1
The headline addition is mobile Timeline support for iPhone users who had already enabled Timeline on their account. iPad support for Timeline was confirmed as coming in a subsequent update. Beyond Timeline, version 4.1 added access to friend lists, subscribers, and subscriptions, improved photo viewing, uploading, and commenting, and delivered faster overall performance.
