Apple Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) 2012

wwdc2012Apple has officially announced that their Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) 2012 will be held between June 11 - 15 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

If you had been planning on going, I hope you have already gotten your hands on some tickets as the event has been sold out in just two hours, which is the fastest in the history of the conference, despite its $1,600 price tag.

This year’s event is expected to focus on software with Mac OS X (10.8) Mountain Lion expected to publicly released during the event.  It is also expected that we will get the first glimpses of iOS 6 which has stayed under wraps until now.

Apple’s Phil Schiller had the following to say about the upcoming conference:
