Today HTC announced that its new flagship, the HTC One M9 will be released early next week on March 16. The company's home country, Taiwan will be the first to sample the device, after which it should reach other markets around the world.
The HTC One M9 was announced earlier this month at MWC, and comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop along with HTC Sense 7. The handset features a 5 inch display with a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution, up to 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 20 megapixel rear camera, a 4 megapixel front camera, and an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM.
The HTC One M9 will be available in two variants: one with 32 GB, and one with 64 GB of internal memory. In Taiwan, the 32 GB model will cost 21,900 TWD (around $693), while the 64 GB version will be sold for 23,900 TWD (about $756). Unfortunately, it's not clear if the 64 GB HTC One M9 will be offered globally.
