The Huawei Ascend P6 arrived in the market as the thinnest phone at the time. While the new Huawei Ascend P7 may not hold the same record, it's beautifully crafted in a 6.5mm thin steel-and-glass chassis. The device is presented with a larger 5 inch display and a powerful quad-core processor and aimed to be a name to reckon with in a very competitive smartphone market.
Huawei offers the Ascend P7 at an affordable $450 (or EUR) which could also buy you one of last year's flagships like the Galaxy S4 or the HTC One. Its important to note that while the Ascend P7 does come with a quad-core processor, it may not be powerful as the Qualcomm chips offered in the modern flagships its going up against. Still its sleek design, high call, screen and audio quality along with its affordability may make it a worthy alternate to the Samsung Galaxy S5 or the HTC One M8.
