GMail for iOS now available on Apple App Store

GMail for iOSYesterday we reported that Google had submitted a GMail app for the iOS platform. It looks like the approval process has been quick and smooth and the application is now available for download.

Android users have had access to a native application from the very beginning, but iOS users have been restricted to using the mobile website or relying on Apple’s inbuilt Mail app to check  their GMail accounts. Now they can enjoy most of the features already available to Android users on their iPhones.
