The DROID 3 is a smartphone designed and manufactured by Motorola and runs Google's Android mobile operating system. The device features a 4.0 inch touch display, 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary 1.3 megapixel camera for video calls and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB of RAM.
The Motorola Droid 3 is the successor to the Motorola DROID 2 and available through Verizon in the U.S. The device is also available in Canada through Bell as the XT860 4G.
