Nokia Storyteller for Windows Phone was first launched back in November, in beta form for Lumia Windows Phones. The Storyteller app allows you to quickly groups all your photos, videos and cinemagraphs into an interactive timeline where you can view them as slideshows or share them with friends. You can also sort your photos and videos by location, add captions and create a list of favorites, and when you’re looking at a photo you can zoom out to see where you took it on a map.

Since then it has seen a handful of updates that didn't just fixed bugs, but also brought some new features. Today's update on the other hand brings some useful improvements and enhancements to the app

Nokia Storyteller for Windows Phone version 2.0.4.5 brings the following new features and improvements:

  • Living Images are displayed in Nokia Storyteller
  • Photos and videos in a story are combined with a backing track to create a 30-second story video
  • The app now integrates with Nokia Creative Studio and Video Trimmer for editing your photos & videos
  • Location data is associated with your photos within Nokia Storyteller
